SORANUS is a Barolo DOCG produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the most suitable areas for DOCG. Aged in medium and large woods for 24 months, it offers unique aromas and emotions.

Wine with a garnet red color, intense notes of black pepper, chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla. It is full and vigorous and features a pleasant intense tannicity.

This Barbera comes from the oldest vineyards on the property, harvested with a medium-late harvest, and aged in Allier oak wood.

It features both the characteristics of the grape variety (power, fruitiness, freshness, and dryness) and those of the territory in which it is acclimatized (finesse, mineral olfactory complexity, and tannins).

Wine with an intense red color, purple and black reflections, intense scents, and marked cherry, earth, and woody notes (the name Mysterium comes from this complex olfactory spectrum).

On the palate, it is warm, concentrated, rightly tannic, and features an excellent intense aromatic persistence. It has considerable ageing potential.

That wine comes from Timorasso grapes vinified in purity characterized by a bright straw yellow color with intense greenish reflections. It features a marked minerality and olfactory complexity, warm and intense aromas, and white fruit and flint hints.

The typical backbone of the variety is decisive in the mouth and compensated by the long ageing on the lees that gives sweetness and fullness. An elegant wine with longevity and a pleasant freshness and flavor that stands out with surprising persistence. A wine of great longevity.
